Like sam said, Brilliant!!
When you wear your heart on your sleeve, others know your pain. They may not have a name, but the pain is there just the same. Great writing!

BRILLIANT!!!!!!!!!!!! Astonishing! I am at a loss for words and that doesn't happen very often! Congratulations on a very fine piece!
I saw your comment; where do our daughters find these fellas! Wow! Mine is unhappy in hers but won't pull up her boot straps and come back home! Her boyfriend is way too far into booze. Prayer is all we have right now! Thankfully your daughter is only 17, she will mature markedly over the next few years! Mine did, too! sam
