Naut, you call Obama a foreign leader, so I take it you are not in the
Americas, but I dont know where you are. I agree with you 100% only I dont think Obama is stupid, I think he knows exactly what he is doing, dont forget that he spend 20 years listning to a Rev Right who is preaching ONLY about how much he hates America etc etc....Perhaps Obama knows EXACTLY what he is doing.

I totally agree with Wiley, Why waste time and money... We should treat them as what they are, enemy combatants taken prisoners during war and excecute them as such. One bullet is all I would be willing to pay for getting rid of them. Be well xoxoxo

I think they ought to be tried by the U.S. Navy, on a destroyer that can just drop them over the side after execution.

The Australian chaps went back down under some years ago now
they continue to complain if asked about their experience. I have no real opinion here.

This is a dreadful and blundering decision. The bad part of the decision is that of closing Gitmo. You see we can't according to our Constitution try any of these men in Military tribunals. They actually are not war criminals. Even we have been fighting a war of sorts for going on nine years, we are not officially at war. Those murdering bums must be tried in a civil court. It should have been at Gitmo. We have people leading our government now as bad as Hitler. They just don't have the open daring. They have all sorts of slow deaths in the works that will be over with before anyone cries 'Uncle'. Thanks for this post.

You provide us with more reasons the trial should not be in New York. The whole tribunal approach would be so much easier.

Crazy stuff either way...I'm sure no state wants the trials moved to their
neck of the woods!

I don't take him as one to admit mistakes! But it would be a disastrous move! Shelly
