Re: Sinome
Funnily enough I had that quote for my facebook status for weeks, I totally agree with Voltaire on that point. I may not support their march, but when you remove their right to march you take away my right to march for something I believe in. Oddly I support no political party, but I adamnatly support freedom

Re: lionreign
the prevention of terror has become a global excuse for the errosion of freedom... muslims are not our enemies, but our governments might be...

Re: TAPS
Thank you, I agree with you completely there, sadly the government does not. It is now illegal to be a member of the group organising that march, although we are told that is pure coincidence

I so agree, all voices should be heard and not judged according to taste! What a pitiful reason to object! sam

Who was it that said " I might not agree with what you are saying but I am willing to give my life fighting so that you can say it" or something like that :-) Your poem is fabulous sweetie... and it brings the point across quite well. Neil is political... who knew?????

I totally agree with you. Any protest should be allowed as long as it is not violent

Best Regards, Chuck..

JKL Well, I’m guessing in example the singer Cat Stevems. Right after 9/11 he was banned to come to the U.S.A. He’s been here since. In any event any peaceful protest’s part of democracy, yes. love. BC-A, Bill’s Roost

You did a great job on this poem. Everyone should have the right to protest without violence.
