You did a fine work of describing writer's block! I know what you are saying regarding poetry! A word, taste, aroma, something while reading spark me as well! I will take a rain check on the jackhammer, though! So sorry I got behind on reading your work, I have had a time of it with some minor surgery near my eye and my son, a military man, just left! I shall be caught up today! sam

Be it jack hammer or quill, we write in spite of the dead space and because of those more delicate epiphanies. Were it not for the "blocks" we wouldn't recognize the days when it flows so easy.

Oh how good to have a jack hammer --- I enjoyed this whole write, prose like itself. You wrote prolifically about a syndrome and by jiminy it is keenly brought to light in such descriptive entertainment.

Just goes to show me, that one can always expound and create if even only a sliver of light is seeping through a crack.

Curse
Sometimes I've gone for months feeling I am different form what I was before and then something clicks and a new same door opens. it's all still there waiting to be assessed. Be lucky.

I feel that way often, that sometimes I have nothing to say. Poems do not come easy for me, but I think I would like to try to write them more often.
