Getting caught up here.  Well worth reading even though I'm late, before going on to the next that you have already written.

Naut,
I don't always have enough time to visit you.  This was terrific.  Thank you.

I don't know why you are surprised that Mr. Hutahusut or whatever his name is :-)  did not get our way of life straight.  You are guilty of the same thing you are saying the  moslems do... because you are judging Mr Hutahusut or whatever his name is as if he were one of us, namely a westener... when he is not.  His way of thinking as you have pointed out in your previous writings is skewed... he does not hold sacred what we do and what he does believe in we do not so,   we can not possibly judge each other, we simply do not understand each other's minds  perhaps that is what in their wisdom our forefathers meant when they said we should be judged by a jury of our peers.  In any case  one can not expect oranges from an apple tree and nothing they ( the extremists and their "admirers" ) do would surprise me :-)  Another amazing post my friend.  xoxoxoxo

Your writing continues to be excellent. Extremism in either manner is a form of censorship. We have lost so much common sense.

I find when it comes to freedom of expression that many are only willing to apply it to their own causes...In all fairness to those practicing Islam who show this hypocrisy they are not alone.

I would never bow down to censorship! The first concession always leads to more concessions! Shelly

How, by making such a statement, could he not be aware he is showing his approval? This is a great read, Nautikos. Keep it up!
