You are very patient and have a forgiving heart. Even though I don't expect a big change in him, I imagine any little glimmer of a burning bulb, or tiny ember that could be fanned into a flame and you will be there for him to encourage and give aid.

What a tough situation! He seems slow to understand! I believe I wold have understood far earlier that you would not be addressing him whatsoever! Sometimes persistence is a bane! sam

Naut, he learns but very slowly...
partly because it is so hard for him to give up the conclusions he has reached before.
He plays old songs, but tries new variations... and now and then picks up something really new.
