The long, hard rides can be wearing on a person.  I hope they ever end.

One never knows where the ride we call life will go next. There have been many twists and turns along the way.

J K You share the mood of melancholy at the sad points of life when wellness seems less. Well worded love. 201KBC-A, Bill’s RJLst

Very well expressed....the ride is sometimes too bumpy! Thanks very much for the note on my blog--yes, there are procedures and medicines, but the doc prefers natural methods since Ashish has less than one kidney. The biggest help is prayers, so I am truly grateful for your concern and prayers--thanks for your friendship and support. Nita.

Shobana, aww I would feel Hope for the soul though.  I was touched by this poem.  I recall when I was younger (okay and older too) I liken some of these rides as rollercoaster rides and with roller coaster rides I close my eyes, so I don't see all that's coming up or coming down...and I would pray ~ feeling each move, feeling each dip and high - and I would pray.  It's where I find Hope and Faith and so, just maybe -  ~ poignant poetry ~ Elyse

I think sometimes life does take you on a ride and you got just hold on and know that you can get through it

Wow.  That is intriguing.  There is so much to life and it definitely is not all good--much of it for most.

Sometimes we do lose the joy of life forget that we are only here
once and to make the most of any and everything. You awoke emotions in me...again well written work.
