as hard as it can be sometimes try that kindness to customer service reps on the phone, but its a kind thing to remember

for you tomorrow. You seem tobe settleddown into somewhat at the moment.
Since you started this job I have been trying to be twice as nice to people on the check out. I hope I am always nice but I have a joke or say something pleasnat to them about themselves. Anything to give them a lifet for you have opened my eyes to just how tough and thank less the job can be.

you would not like it here in Ca its like that all the time, but in the summer we seldom have rain so the car wash would work well
