Darson, it's wonderful you talk about 'vanity' --- the other day as my mirror in the bathroom was down for a week or so, due to the painter not putting it back because of a special thingamajiggie was needed, well, I rushed to the drycleaners and 'round this small town, you must primp before you go to the corner...I was rushing and pushing my frizzed mop out of my face and I dropped clothes here and there and I stumbled in and I simply blew a sigh from the side of my mouth and looked at her quizzical face and said, "I'm not into vanity; haven't been since I had children." and we both had a good laugh.
This one reminded me of the boot story... y'all are good people - you're a team and I see that. and I am happy for your contentedness, allowing a stranger to find comfort in your home. Elyse

Love is the only way darling. Long ago I worked out what and who my body
image my"Kabu" look would be. It's my look non related to fashion or trends, designed for elegant comfort. I wear very little make up so that what you see is what I am, and I have worked so hard during my life to be what you read is who Iam. You are a special dear and your posts are a particular joy to read.
