A very wise point not to argue whether he existed or not.

To attempt to take anyone's life for what they have said and/or drawn is ludicrous! It becomes difficult for me because so many killed in the Holy Bible as well. I think St. Paul could be viewed as a terrorist and David had Uriah killed to have his wife and Moses killed an Egyptian and it goes on and on! I do think one of the fundamental difference is that anyone who is a Christian would not seek to have anyone blatantly murdered if cartoons or disparaging comments were written in this day and age! For me too much emphasis is placed on the prophets and not enough on God! I am reading along! I just never know what to truly say other than killing people for writing and drawing in just inane to me! Shelly

Rhetorical question, Is it about controlling others? I ponder!

There is not a complete drought of writings on him from his time. The son whose father arranged a marriage between him and a wealthy widow.... On and on and his violence, insanity and much more from many people who have done work from both Arab and Jewish writings. Of course I have a different point of view because I am looking at him through Christian eyes. More good work.
