Dreadful
We sent a hamper up to my mother and sister (who only live in Derbyshire, not the other side of the Atlantic!) last Christmas and there were 'delivery problems.' It was a shame as it's a local business and the products were lovely but they were just plain rude when we challenged them about the thing not being delivered on time. They didn't deliver this year either - because we didn't ask them to! Good luck with the rebate.

How frustrating!
that is the big problem with online shopping for me:  finding a company that are as professional as their website.

That was truly disgraceful! Have you tried to find information about a consumer organisation that will complain on your behalf?
My daughter was badly treated by an internet firm and complained to an organisation called trustpilot.dk. I've just been in on their site to see if they have a sister organisation in the U.K., but it seems not. However with the ammount of internet trading in the UK, surely there must be an equivalent.
Thanks for visiting me yesterday and leaving an encouraging comment.

Awww no that's so not good - and it's sad because now adays it happens so often and there's really no way to make it good.  I am sad you went through this experience.  Let us know when they deliver on their refund.  Elyse

OH NO!
They are everywhere!  People who can't follow through on their promises.

They dropped the ball big time there. At least it is your thoughts that count.

How very unfortunate that your order did not get processed! I would demand interest but would also feel fortunate to recapture the initial investment! sam
