Ah, Dr. Oz - Ell's newest love. Every word he says is now gospel. Because of the weather we have had a few power cuts this week - unfortunately none of them were between 5 & 6 pm. But I must admit it is a bit of a pain not being able to log on to Blogit, so I shouldn't be-grudge her Dr. Oz.

My PC crashed because of a virus at some time last year, and it took almost a week to get everything sorted out - it was a complete disaster! It not only made me feel isolated, but also led to some financial loss...grrrrrrrrrrrr

I went ten days like that, and let me tell you, it's hard to eat right when the computer is dead. For some reason you seem to try to make up the loss with food snacks.

of cold and white winters into a state where cold is 45 degree mornings.

I felt your pain on that one! No Blogit! Arrrgggh! And I did the measurement thing for my waist....to tell you the truth, I'm not sure where I'm at...too afraid to measure...(?) And seriously, NOT doing that right after Christmas. I'll wait till the end of the month, eh?
