I think it is a commendable thing to do and a valuable life lesson for your children! And it has made a difference for him, too! BTW, Boise State took the football but it was a fine contest! sam

I agree with Guy. and I believe we are going to see more and more families do the same for their elders.

You are wisely instilling good family values, in your children.
Ojii,
      Somehow, we here in the US, have raised an entire generation (perhaps a generation and a half) of our sons and daughters who are nearly all shallow, self-absorbed, unmotivated, unemployed, lazy, strangers, who only interact with their parents when they are hungry, broke, or they need a baby sitter, or a loan, (a pseudonym for a gift.)
       My congratulations, to you and your husband. You are doing something right, and the seeds planted now, will grow into wonderful blossoms, your children.
