The good news is getting it sold, but wow, tight closing! I feared that would happen to me so I moved out months before my house sold! Good luck, in one sense you will have to pay rent no matter where you end up! It is just to ironic this way and makes it a bitter pill! But, you are getting a new start and for me that is most important! sam

thanks everyone!! We're looking to get something better and cheaper than what we have been living in. It does not seem to be an impossible dream.

I hope the news will brighten the new year. Good luck with the short sale. I am sure it is not fun, but at least it will take some of your stress away
