Demise of Civilizations
Everything you say makes sense. That's where the thinking of the American public is off kilter. Are we really that naive to think that corruption has not long since run profitable wars and that the American Medical Association has not long since raped and then ruined the medical care system in this country ? Americans want freedom. They want rights. They want to believe that if they WISH, PRAY or CRITICIZE authority that this will change things. Maybe Michael Moore has stirred the pot - but what do movie goes do after watching his biting analysis? Well, they go home to their heated or air conditioned homes and their families and their belongings and their belief - that if we are good people then good things will prevail. This is where we are all brainwashed. Someone HAS moved our cheese and we're still chasing it. Do I have the answers? No of course not. But if we look at past civilizations and their ruin we will find a common theme - they did NOT respond to to the unfolding of disasters right in front of them.
