Sounds like you're a very admired guy around there...Meetings are so tough to run. Everybody wants to be just about anywhere else.

Some do get uptight with eye contact! It is a difficult job that you have and the stress can be overwhelming! But I so adore how you take it in stride and are willing to offer a sorry on the easiest of terms for you mean it! I think interaction is important too, but you maintain a great attitude and I know you will always be successful! sam
