Oh, so sorry! I wanted to add that I hope you get well soon. Being down and out with a bad cold is no fun at all.

Wow, who was her judge? What a wise individual. I currently have a restraining order against a family member...it is the worst feeling ever to realize such a thing is necessary. It is the last thing I ever wanted to do, but I had harassment at work, caught him going through my house when I wasn't there, and sneaking around in our neighbor's yards to watch the house from a distance. Enough is enough, I say. With a lump in my throat I had to call it in. I've had the order for three plus years, but I had to go back to court each and every year to have it renewed. Wish I'd had your daughter's judge...our little stinker should never be allowed to have contact with me or my kids ever again, but that's for a judge to decide. Congratulations. What a good feeling for her...and you.

I was astounded that she got a 5 year restraining order. And the reason for that is it shows just how much of a threat he can be and how insensitive the judicial system can be for those women who cannot escape! It is the longest order I have ever known! My goodness, it is a relief, but he is a menace! sam

lustorlove
The best help for him may come from incarceration, lots of people learn from the experience, Rest up and get rid of that cold kiddo

Whoever can invent a drug or some sort of remedy to cure a cold will make big bucks...I've been very fortunate to not know anyone who I had to completely cut out of my life...Glad she got it for five years.

I love the ps.....she will have moved way on with her life after 5 years.
These people have to want to help themselves. Found that out pretty quick as a nurse.
