I must say that was one I needed to read! Thank you for your kind words; you mean a great deal to me. I can't remember if I told you but I changed the names of the meditations so they would feel more like they were meant for you. And it was good to give a universal feel, too! I needed to get out of my time zone; it is a big world after all. My daughter called and she wants me to get a doctor's appointment and seek a medication change, so dreading that and I think I will go to her home next week. I will remain here I just don't know my activity level as yet! We will forever be in touch, I'm not letting you go! Love to you! Shelly
