We all die.
Yes, one day we all die. It's a truth we all know, but push out of our minds. I think we need to remind ourselves ever so briefly at the beginning each day - not to linger over it but to use it to appreciate today. And think before we road-rage and speak in a snotty tone. So listen to those who reach out to you. Relax, enjoy, commune with nature, hold a sick 3 year old in our arms even when she vomits.
