A sticky situation is putting it mildy. I would be inclined to say that it's her problem, but with you investing so much I wouldn't want her to lose the car either.

I agree but she has been trying she went to school I paid the car while she was in school, she failed at that, then she had a part time job and lost that, I paid it, I have a lot of money in this car and it is in my name I was trying to save it from being repo'd

A few blogs ago you wrote something about her getting a job recently, didn't you, or did I misunderstand? Sometimes you need to give children a gentle shove to make them understand that they have to take responsibility for their own lives and economies. This is a miserable backdrop to Christmas. It is unfortunate but I think she likes you to solve her problems. If she wants to keep the car she will find a way, if not city transportation! You can only do so much and then you have to walk away to preserve your sanity! You need to live life for you NOW, too! sam
