I hope those devoted 10 have power - the dedication and conviction of the elderly can never be understated when it comes to their Faith.

You stay warm!
Just thinking about the cold makes me want a cup of tea. Think I'll make me one.

That happened here once several years back after an ice storm knocked out the electricity. But, we were fortunate to have a fireplace and stacked wood. We still hunkered down in duvets by the fire and yelled hurrah when the electricity came on.

We have had fun with snow but I haven't been out.
Brooke and Scott were without power until today. I still have the dogs with me since they couldn't take the cat and dogs in the same car.. Glad you got a ride and didn't have to walk all that way in the snow.

It seems to me a bit ironical that this extreme winter weather has set in just in the last days of COP15!
Thanks for visiting my blog; as far as I know Denmark only pioneered the Christmas charity stamps, I don't know who issued the first charity cards. Here's hoping that you can all keep warm.
