Your word choice is superb
You bring the imagery to life with all its nuance with just a few well chosen words. I feel almost as if I was there with you.

I really liked how it started out as splotches of gray, happenstance, the sun peaks through with color and then it develops into fresh, new and so enchanting! As you say; s it should be! I think it becomes more special when the end is the commencement! sam
