I'm so glad your granddaughter had a good experience at the hospital.  I was in the hospital for extended periods several times when I was a child and they were definitely not the best experiences of my life.  I cannot even imagine how horrible it was for you at the time of the fire and the loss of one child and the pain of the other.  I lost a son to cancer when he was 22 and that was awful for me, but the suffering of a little child is beyond words.  God bless you and your family.

How painful to lose a child! I don't know what it is like to have a child seriously ill, it has to the worst. The closest I every got was a frightening episode testing for cystic fibrosis! I so hear you on the children getting older; my oldest is 27 and it is hard to comprehend! I suffer from migraines and I so understood what you were saying about the episode needed to occur to get the data! It seems every time I go for a test nothing shows up and it makes it more difficult to treat! I so agree that blessing is the word over luck! sam
