Re: Re:
Hi
Mandalee. I am currently working on putting the Old Testament in poetic form. I have it posted under a Pilgrimage to Golgotha. I am doing the first draft by organizing it into poem form, then I will go back and take out as much of the
repition, without distorting the meaning, things like son of David, and I wanted to have the construction of the moving tent of meeting in once to make it special and a reference point. Then how it say a lot who a person is, I wanted to take that part out after one so that even though people might have to refer, they would get to know them in a different way, not rely on being told over and over and just relying on being told over and over. The completed works will have a reference tool so that it can be easily found who, what when, where something happened to aid in memory retention. I post 30 lines per day. I had been working on it for two years when I learned how to write it! The first draft is scheduled to be completed late 2011, but I am woefully behind. I continue to listen to the Lord and follow His direction in hopes that it will be a great supplement to the Holy Bible. The goal is to get people to read it more and the poem a simplistic approach! Now, this may all change tomorrow if I get an inkling the direction is wrong from the Lord. I hope this helped. Shelly
