- Go to Islamo Fascism – A Brief Post for Elinjo...
it is so sad that you have decided to stop this incredible post
it is so sad that you felt you had to apologize before posting this post. Elinjo is vey intelligent and smart, I dont think elinjo is a hate monger and would certainly not stop respecting you for simply bringing forth information that MUST be heared, should be heard, and even if I dont agree, I still want to know. In order to understand more than one side of the equation. You claim that the silence is upsetting, and in fact it is, and than you decide to join those who quietly stand by and watch for fear of loosing a few friends, or making a few enemies. I say please speak your mind, speak it loud, speak it clear, those who wish to make you an enemy because they dont agree with you, are really never your friends, and there are enough of us who will join your side to make it worth your while, also who knows you may actually end up saving the world by being brave enough to BRING FORTH THE TRUTH face it, the reason most are silent is for fear of offending someone. Are you afraid of offending someone?

Naut
It appears I have offended elinjo with my remark here. You may remove any comments I have made if you feel they are too harsh. Thank you for doing what you do that is such a service to us here in the US if anyone will simply sit and ponder what you have uncovered. I stand by what I believe. I am totally tired of the world being aplace where only the beliefs, choices, and words of one group is acceptable.

I have spent so much time reflecting on this post dedicated to me that I have taken the liberty of posting the reply on my own page; it's the festive season etc etc and I cannot spend the whole day here.
Whether I agree with your opinions or not, I read nearly all the entries. Please do not feel obliged to write only about your doggie

, even though he's really cute

I agree with Wiley.
The New York Times, yeah! That's newspaper where you'll get great feedback, Naut. Jeez, you may even get on CNN, seriously. What about Oral Roberts and those guys who preach the Lord on TV and in, my opinion, milk thousands if not millions out of hard earned cash. Now that's a debate.

I can't say anything else other than all of this debate should be taking place in Macleans or The Globe and Mail or the New York Times, that way moderate Muslims would be able to respond and enlighten all of us publicly. But I think Blogit really is too small and closed a forum, and one can't just not read a friends posts. In my case I shouldn't read because of my emotions and in a newspaper I would just pass on it. At my age I can just let the world solve itself, but in here friends get hurt.

The whole talking about exporting democracy brings me back to my Theolgoy in America course I took a couple years back in college. Very interesting discussions those were as these are now.

Have them read Joel 2:28 (and Acts 2:17)
And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions: Prophets are still among us.

I read this word one to the last with great respect. It was such a wonderful post. One thing for sure stood out to me. They will not look at their own problem as long as they feel they are winning they do not see themselves as being or having a problem. They must be afraid of looseing their hold in order to take a look at themselves.
I was sorry to hear you express a fear of loosing your Muslim friends for your good work in opening the eyes of all who read. Is this not the same as the 'deadly silence' going on all over. If those frends are too shallow to see, too frightened to speak, perhaps they will miss their friend enough to look and speak if you keep up this good work. I don't think they are shallow or unintelligent nor even uneducated, so try it. This part is the key, the total key. Take away something they want within their camps so desperately they will look, see and speak.
I love having you here on Blogit. You are a seed of new hope for sanity in a forest of insane silence. Keep yapping.
