Such a sad thing to be going through, and yet it is so inventively expressed.

This is full of sadness and resignation, but also full of insight...And one would hope that you're not writing here of your own sadness...

the truth
This poem really touched me because I unfortunately is going through this.  It's very sad, because everyday it seems to change, it's ahrd to understand and even put into words.  It's so interesting to me when I read something that is dead on at that moment of my life.  You write beautifully.

I thought this poem was very striking. I hope it is only imagery for it is so awful to think that one's dreams and such would be forgotten by the one loved! Just rich, rich imagery that stirs all my senses! Love you sweetie! sammie [You are one of my favorite imagery poets and this poem is so reflective of you innate talent]
