Weight! Don't worry about it.
I found drinking only water causes a person to lose weight quickly. No coffee, no, tea, and no booze. Try it H2O.

Isn't it a challenge though this weight thingy. Love your description and I'm 200 and plenty more so I don't starve if I fall in the snow and can't get up. Kabu, God Bless her snarky mouth tonight says; "The blubber will keep you warm too." I do so love her.Grrrrrrrr.

Nope - I wouldn't even try that one before Christmas, Pat-B. I'd fail miserably! Congrats on your daughter. What a feeling when we see our children accomplish exactly what they set out to do!! It's one of the nicest 'highs' in life!

Good luck to you Pat. It's not that bad once you get started. Since January I've lost 10 kgs using the same method as you have just described; it's slow but sure.
