When I think of mangled bodies, particularly of little children simply because a misguided man or woman strapped on a bomb and went on a killing spree I have little appreciation for the measured and prettied poetry and prose as the murdered  will never see these pretty and sweet words. What today passes for civilized people have become to inclined to the worship of themselves and their likes and dislikes to care about putting away what is; without a doubt the most insidious of human kind. Will debate ever open these people's eyes if the debate is a kindly exchange of unimportant words good only for the show?

No one has to look for what I have not said. Too often that is the cause of a lot of violence is that the people who are so calm are sure they know what others are thinking rather than understanding some of us say simply what we mean. I do not know the rules of debate. I did not come on this site to follow rules of debate, I came here because our world is off it's axis in the minds and actions of everyday people. The act of being sweet and kind to all who would appreciate a person is nothing for a mark of good if that is what it is for, sweet has little use outside a dessert unless it is truth with the judgment of right and wrong. Truth has a great value, good or bad.

Religion should be free. All people should be free to believe or not believe. When people are being killed all over the world because they are not this or that religion and those of other religions are patting themselves on the back because they are sweet all of that is an act of self importance. When people make fun of me for being a Christian I can only say so? I am only trying to please God and myself. I don't like Christianity misrepresented according to the distortions of truth of man, but you certainly do not have to be a Christian for me to respect you; I have less respect for those who call themselves and act like everything else. I have no reason to have respect to any person or group who will pull the horrific acts of those who do kill in the name of Allah. Those Muslims who are afraid are the same as the Christians who hide behind their own fears of self importance so as not to stand for what is right.

I am a Christian and proud of it. I don't care what you are, I can only tell you (you being anybody) that You have no right to threaten anyone who does not become a particular religion. I also do not believe that Christianity means to be glossy, pompous in sugar coated words or behavior, I believe in personal strength, being against evil and for justice and right. Anyone who is not has little respect for themselves because life belongs to only one person the one walking in it now.

I am in awe of your ability to write and cover so many facets of a situation. My upbringing didn't include a long education but I was brought up through trhe second world war, saw my brothers go off to fight the evils of Nazism, one of my brothers never came back and that war left me with a knowledge of evil

Now we have to deal with the evils of Islam, and they too kill people in a cowardly manner, with a disgusting belief that it is their right under their God to kill all the infidels. I've read the Koran as well, just so I know the mind of this enemy that is slowly creeping it's way into other nations.

I am so happy to read your posts, and as much as I have no respect or liking for muslims, I don't hate the people, I hate what they believe and do. They are a mindless people, just liike the Nazis were and good for you in being able to write so well of it all. Bon courage !!!!

I continue to read on and with great interest. Can the God that you don't
accept be working through your ability to  debate? The very gentle unemotional style you use is for me thought provoking.

My motive on Blogit’s to show my love to individuals and let it be the testimony of my faith. However I find the hot debates interesting and worthwhile. For myself I don’t want to argue. Let this comment be my one for this series. Good job. BC-A Bill’s RJLst

What I learn most about, in debates such as this, is about the writers/commenters themselves.  It is so interesting to read between the lines and to feel the strong vibrations emanating from the words.  So often, one's true feelings come out in a debate instead of being measured and prettied for poetry and prose.

Your passage from the Quran is clear. I am confounded that people do not know the difference in war and murder.  In war men of personal honor regardless of their beliefs, fight  to preserve their beliefs not to impose them on the other person. Hitler with a lot of Middle Eastern help tried that and it did not work. Those who are not fighting this way are the enemy to all. A war is not about anyone strapping on a bomb and killing (murdering) people at large. That is simple murder. The man who killed three Americans chopped their bodies and hung them across a bridge has now brought three American Seals to court because they punched him in the gut. He is a murderer without any defence in war or peace time. Any country who believes his actions those of war or honor over the rules of war are evil.

The false prophet who set up the concept of Islam is the author of an idea or concept totally of fraudulent means, reasons and content. It gives people the right to be violent beyond reason and people are looking at this as a right. The very first act was one of treachery and deceit and robbery of Mecca and the murder of those Jews living there who were the dominate population.

Any God who wants their believers to die for him/her is no God at all. He/she has no power or he would never need people to die for him. This philosophy is too shallow for even a child to miss. The horrors of this religion is solidly a message of the copier of God, Satan. I am confident in this. That statement could mean my life, so be it. I will not be so stupid as to sanction murder or worship of a God that is the ruler of Hell completely as a favor to a stick god or an act of legitimate war.
