I used to work 7 days a week, and it got to the point that I felt nothing. Than I started taking one day a week off, Saturday, and everything changed. Sometimes when I am overwhelmed with work and I can sit back and count how many days to saturday and than I feel better. Yes, its great to have tons of work and its great to have a day off off :) have a great weekend
