Hi Nita
What made me ponder was when one rests in the grace of the world, one is free. To my understanding such freedom is temporal. But it is to be meditated all the same to find the truth, and in one way it is great, no doubt ... to climb the ladders of progress, one has to begin from the beginning.

Nita, thank you for sharing that poem with us. It works for me too. When I feel down at heart going for a walk in the countryside or on the beach puts me in a much happier mood. You never fail to provide inspiration! Have a wonderful day!
