Well, it is an Indian thing in Mexico and apparitions of this type are everywhere, so I do not judge the viewers and don't find 'them', los indios to be self serving.
A Virgen de Guadalupe appeared amongst some cacti in a median on a major thoroughfare in downtown Phoenix and the people who came to see this 'miracle' held up traffic. Some Anglos chopped it down during the night as they wanted traffic to flow again as before. Life is like this in the southwest of the US. Ha !!!!
She appeared to San Juan Diego and now appears on rusted water heaters and in Lutheran church windows and on windows of downtown businesses, etc. Everywhere...........and many people pray that she won't just 'appear' on something that they own, as it will really mess up traffic, etc.
