Go to Accidentally on Purpose

- Go to Mind Over Matter by Anthony Robbins
What an amazing story!
What you say here is so true, I got chills. I've been working lately on overcoming many fears, deep rooted issues from my childhood, and overcoming my "woe is me" attitude regarding my illnesses. Making the decision to move forward and let go of these burdens is not easy, but can be done, and mind over matter, as you say, leads you to victory for certain. It is such a liberating experience, isn't it? To know that YOU are in control of your fears, rather than your FEAR controlling you!
Thank you so much for this wonderful experience. You write fluidly - I could see, hear and feel everything as though I was there by your side. Keep writing and I'll keep reading for certain!!

I have no desire whatsoever to walk on burning coals. If it were absolutely necessary and a matter of life or death for someone I might give it a go.

I'm thinking the ability to walk on burning coals safely...
depends on how fast you walk.

Fascinating! And yes, anyone can walk on hot coals without getting burned. The physics behind that is fairly simple - the coating of ashes is an excellent insulator! But the real secret is to overcome your
fear...

Tzippy, that was a wonderful story! I do not know whether I would have dared to do what you did, but the moral of the story is certainly valid. A large percentage of our failures must be due to insufficient stubborness.
Thanks for sharing this story and of course thanks for visiting my blog.
