I hope our new meds work
I can't take antidepressants because I get suicidal on them. Have you tried Omega-3's. The psychiatrist I saw once told me that 6 omega-3's a day will stop panic attacks and it does work when I remember to take them regularly. I started back last week after my bout with panic attacks and it has made a difference. Depression is fear of not being in control linked with anxiety and anger that we can't do anything so we turn the anger inward. A mantra I found useful is: "I am a spirit of innocence and love; all is forgiven and all is released." Louise Hay's Heal Your Body affirmation is: " I now go beyond other people's fears and limitations. I create my life." Sending the Light and Love of Healing and Peace to you and may you be surrounded daily. Many blessings.

JJ
Hope you're feeling better, and do have a chat with that Dr. Zhang, lol. And I'm thinking about using your 'Mainstream Muslim' suggestion - abbreviated to MM's, maybe...

I think it is treating the depression! I take two different kinds! But I do like the flip side thought of this though! sam

Jeff, it does take awhile for the antidepressant(s) to kick in, and
unfortunately one of the side effects getting started on them, is you do actually feel worse...very disheartening, I know, but hang in there!
