Well, this is some writing --- makes me contemplate memories more and how the past can carry such difference of colors and shades ~ your poetry makes me ponder - a good ponder as it makes me pause, and as I read aloud I find it so softly written --- echoing tenderness in each line. I so enjoy your poetry Shobana and am grateful you've taken time to come and write some more and if even for a day or once a week, I certainly am tickled and joyful you share with us. jfm32 - I was really thinking as to what to write so I thought of how the rain that comes through everyone's life always has an umbrella to shade it (always a choice there) and yes it does sound a little muddled after I read it again..I have no answer to the last stanza, it is left to the imagination of the reader who the love is and what the past is.
