I've tried the "herbal cure" for 6 months and it didn't help. I tried ginko, no change. But B vitamins can't hurt me, and may help. Thanks for the suggestion

Vitamin B may help tinnitus and there are some suggested cures on the Internet, some with supplements. My friend has it and the sound waves have helped her.

I've had it about 4 years, but 2 weeks ago and adjusted, but 2 weeks ago it got worse because of another loud noise near my ear, so I am trying to adjust again.
