I hope Afghanistan doesn't become another Vietnam.

I believe that wars will come to an end at some point, but one needs to have a sense of a superior being controlling all of this universe to arrive at my belief. I think what has happened especially to America, has been caused by their inability to figure out where they should and should not be and when. I think Obama is what the world needs right now, and he will cause the right things to happen at the right time. We have to remember, another good man was hated by the people he came to save, they killed Him, but He changed the world forever.

If, in the Afghanistan Theatre, war cannot possibly be won (or lost) it is pretty ridiculous to keep fighting there year after year.  What will it take to get out of it?

Oh yes, there are different standards in the Middle East.

I would love to call myself a pacifist but I can't for I believe in
protection of my own. Family Nation and friends. I just believe that war is a useless exercise that is totally testosterone charged. I laugh at history(my love too) where two armies face each other to fight to the death. Before they start they both pray to the same Christian God for protection and valour and triumph. Now how can God make a choice like that. War has never held much of a win for women and that's historical too.

War of any sort with any area in the Middle East with the exception of Israel is an act of insanity if it is expected to be conducted by rules. People who strap bombs on to their bodies and walk into a crowd of people they do not know, have no reason to be angry with, sometimes into their own communities or put their women and children up as shields have no rights to decent treatment.

Yes all the Israeli wars have been for a good reason. For anyone who studies history and wars they are a good study in the impossible. They have won when the odds were so stacked against them it appeared impossible even to those fighting on either side. They won, with many things that could only have been from God, I don't care what science you apply to the situation it will not give a win where God did. Remember it is the God of the Jews who won for them, not the God of Islam which many try their best to claim as one. No. The God of the Jews has never promised anyone 16 virgins or any virgins except to carry the human pre birth of Christ.
