I never brought the two teachings together before. I believe in Karma
but I hadnot tied it into the teaching words of Jesus.....you shall reapwhat you sow. I sat up straight and thought yes yes and of course yes. for that is Karma in a nut shell.Thank you forever for enlightening this rather blonde Kabu.

Re: I am facinated by the thread of truth that runs through sacred texts
...the 'thread of truth' that runs through all sacred texts is what is referred to as 'Sanatana Dharma'...the name of one of my blogs...luke 18:25 is deserving of treatment in a post of its own...imho...moon

I am facinated by the thread of truth that runs through sacred texts

25Indeed, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God." Luke 18:25

and of course Matthew and Mark discuss this also. (I am just sort of partial to Luke..)

I love this post of yours. Thank you for pulling your conversations with the church lady out for us. ~Peace, OTA

A fantastic write! ... the conversation between the therapist, the one suffering ailment, and the Church Lady, moving on to removing the doer, then all that is left is karma, alone, unattached, attached only to God, and the end result, or fruit will be, where? To God the doer . Grand thoughts.
