                Every time an employee is hired by my father it always seems to be that Dad either needs the employee more than the employee wants or we do not give enough hours. Such a difficult balance to find.

                Its a sad world today when it comes to customer service so many companies pretend that is a priority but in reality its just about the money, but without good customer service you will lose that customer, especially in this economy they have too many other companies to go to.

                This sounds like the classic situation; you offer a finger and they grab your whole arm. Have you considered trying to find yourself another employer? It sounds as though you deserve somebody much, much nicer!
