Darson - I did that once ( not with the shadow though LOL) but my naughty cousin climbed and peeped through the top of the door - can you imagine? and saw me holding a make believe microphone and singing and dancing LOL. well he got some real bruises after giving me that shock..thanks so much for your visit and comment.

P.s. about the hotels being closed, yeah I know about that, I also once encountered a similar situation when my family and I were visiting Universal Studios in Orlando, a whole store was closed because a Saudi princess was shopping there, and when the store re-opened the whole merchandising was gone looooooool

Shobana, beautiful thoughts on shadows, here's another
Shadows talk,shadow keep watch, and shadows fly. Long ago a traveler took an ass on hire and traveled through the hot scorching sun of a desert to sell his wares in a distant town. On the way he took refuge in the ass's shadow for protection from heat. The owner, also traveling, claimed the ass's shadow as his and not the traveler's. The traveler claimed that he hired both the ass and its shadow, A fight ensued and they came to blows. And the ASS fled off, hahaha. The moral: quarreling over insignificant things, we invariably lose the substance.

Sam - I came in really early around 7.30am cos I had to finish some work and then I got started on my blogging. I don't have any formal papers on writing poetry sweetie, mine is just what comes to mind. Astonishing, my Shobana! Oh, I want to know how excited you were to post this one tonight! I aver, I can see your smile right now! Congratulations! I have to tell you the greatest story! I had started my comment and I got a call from a friend who was going to help me save my poems to a flash drive. I am slow to get the concept but she got me going and you are the first to know that I have my poetry saved to a flash drive! I am so relieved Sweetie! It is like a fresh breath of mountain air! I managed to find 493 poems so I can't be too upset if I lost some! I will do a check of the printed ones and whatever I have will suffice! I have a poetry book that tells about the different poetry forms and I have written a poem for each form! I was wondering if you might like to get started on the forms. I could e-mail them to you. Some are very fun to write! Love you my dear friend! You sam
