try Wiley's exercises. I have a betraying terrible back and I find that goi

going to bed makes it feel worse and take longer to heal. I do Wiley's kind of thing, but I pull my knees, in bed before rising each a.m., up to my chin and hug them with my arms holding them to my chin as I feel the stretch. I let them down and do it about four times and then give up, hehehehehhh.

But, it does help. I also touch my toes in a very very very hot shower. Water right on the rotten back parts. CAREfully and slowly, but it works, too.

Poor baby

glad he got out and about.

Rockingrector
I have had my share of back problems.  I learned to do 2 exercises when the pain first hits me. Get on my hands and knees on the floor and arch the back like a cat, up and down 10 times. Then roll onto my back, suck in my gut by pushing the centre of my back into the floor, also 10 times. I taught it to Kabu and she is mobile quickly as well. Happy you had a good supper though.

From what people tell me back pain is one of the most painful things they've had to endure physically. Hope he feels better.

I hope Ed listens to his back and you and makes that appointment with the doctor. Sushi is delicious but gives me indigestion unfortunately. Best wishes and thanks for visiting my blog.

Try a freeze pack(frozen vegies will do0 in the middleof the back

keep it there for ten minutes. Do it every night going to bed. He'll be better in no time.
