I have always wanted to see the Whales but often thought if I did, I would probably faint LOL, They seem so Immense and powerful ~ I enjoy your memoir here ~

Naut, there are worse adventures you could choose
than to take a boat up the Inside Passage, between mainland Canada and Vancouver Island. Then you would hear that sound, that sound that makes the heart pause a moment, then beat a little faster...

I love this! There might well be a book there of youthful wanderings...And I have never heard the whoosh of orcas, but I have heard that of our Atlantic humpbacks, and have been so close that I could have almost touched them...(if my arms where 15 ft long, lol)...
