My computer uses Windows Vista as operating system, and so far it works fine on Google (blogspot and adsense are Google's partners). And so far, both Internet Explorer and Mozilla are working fine on Google too. So, I wasn't really thinking that the problem was in the system.. unless, I misunderstand what you're trying to say..
After searching around Google Help, Blogspot and Adsense, and doing trial-and-error all morning today, my conclusion for the time being is that whenever Google information is updated, the partner sites do not necessarily update/adjust their information/application format at the same time to keep up with Google's sources. That causes the information lag. I also found out that some of the 'Help Topics' in Google Help were not in line with how the applications are currently working (the information was a little out of date).
I'm planning to work on it again tomorrow, so if you have further insights or advice, please let me know.. I'd be more than happy..

love Do you find that your operating system such as Windows Visa works for you on these sites
