Sounds like a plan, stan ~ Actually, it's an affirmation this last line of yours: "But I will conquer that
dilemma when it gets closer. " Meaning, you will conquer whatever comes and 'when and if' it comes. (period)...

The most important thing is that you have a plan! It can be modified as you go along! I am with Kabu, one day at a time! Congratulations on getting your house paid off, such a fine accomplishment! its hard to work a job you hate, but are there many people who like their jobs, if I had my house paid off I wouldnt have to work ever again
