It feels like just the packaging has been changed! And the bill of goods is being sold by volume not by contents from what I have observed! A lot of the equipment that is leaving Iraq is headed to Afghanistan! It remains to be seen if the 40,00 requested troops will go! If that happens, for me nothing has changed! sam
