This seems a struggle we all are contending with at the moment. Did you know that even if your laughter is feigned your body will still release the good endorphins to increse your well being?  Turn those corners loose in smiles and repeat the laughing sounds Ha ha hee hee teehee over and over!Medicine from the heart!
