- Go to And in Canada: Hijacking the Law…
He has still not stood trial in the country with charges against him,
so he should be extradited. After the trial and, if convicted, after serving his sentence, then he can try to show that he has been rehabilitated when applying to immigrate to Canada. Trying to intimidate the authorities, however, is grounds to banish and exile him from Canada for ever.

How strange... rehabilitated is sometimes shaky ground.

Sometime I wish we (Canadians) had more guts and do (maybe not the lawful) but at least the right thing. Yes, 21 years old is young but that doesn't mean that we are NOT responsible for our own acts. Even at that age. And to think that one TRUE Canadian young guy, Omar Khadr, (may I remind you that he was only 16 at the time of HIS act) is still in Guantanamo Bay...My government make me sick.

Poor thing was just a young and naïve youth in his violent days, but now he is older and wiser (?) and wants to be Canadian. (I'm sure that Parminder Singh Saini will get whatever he wants one way or another).

I guess if we followed that logic, we'd be about ready to
send Charles Manson back out into the world... Sometimes the people in charge of law enforcement remind me of the spineless CYA managers who run school districts. They don't actually do anything much about harrassment, bullying, etc., until a video of fighting on their school bus makes it to CNN.

Once a hijacker always a hijacker! In a way I do have compassion for him for 21 year olds are such dumb sh*ts to begin with, but to enter another country on false pretenses is just wrong and then claim second chance when it clear he has not learned a lesson in honesty! HMMMM, if it were sports he would have to forfeit his wins! LMAO @ this character! [The Tigers have an impossible task today to win in Minnesota but I'm picking them anyway! They have the guts to put a 20, not dumb sh*t, year old on the mound with the season on the brink and I hope Rick Porcello shuts up the sports world today with a great performance. Sorrry about the Jays, they got such a great start to the season!] Shelly

If he gets angry does he commit an encore like blowing something sky high
or perhaps just shooting a couple or dozen innocent souls. Canada is like Australia,,,,so namby pamby, politically correct they are a danger to me and that makes me cross. And I still don't have a permanent resident card.
