I loved this post! And the idea of Aunt Mimi really touched me. That is the second of such posts that I've read tonight, commemorating someone that had passed. One person had hot tomales and Kraft Mac and cheese, on her dad's birthday in honor of her dad. She also watched a movie he liked. I really like the idea of not forgetting. This is so sweet, thank you.
