How wonderful. I am enjoying this greatly.We spent a day there last year
and just wrapped ourselves in the history and the beauty.

It gets more and more inspiring.
I continue to daydream about following this trail.... There are two Esperanto speaking families in Halifax that offer accomodation to fellow speakers, so who knows I might even get in touch with them.

Today's episode reminded me about history lessons  at school. Naturally we heard at length about Britain's imperial glories and how the French were always trying to put a spanner in the works. With Internet resources people have a much greater opportunity to learn about history from all points of view.
