Fantastic.  It looks like Dead Horse Point to me.  But then, there's a lot of tortuous meandering of the Colorado River in Utah.

It actually could be said to be sculptured, just more about business than art, as opposed to Mt Rushmore, for instance.  It certainly is carved out by human endeavor!

Jan, the trick is to bring home the photos and use photo-enhancement software: go to 'auto-fix' or, better, just 'auto-contrast' if the software is comprehensive enough, and click.  These, because my camera seems intent on making everything as blue as possible, I also use 'curves' on, until they suit my eye.

Ciel - I love aerial views too and this is an amazing photo like it is all sculptured.
