I am so sorry you are ill sweetie... If you can get it try some vitamin A... they have discovered that it reinforces the cell membranes so that viruses and bacterias can't get in... so they can't infect you even further... avocados would be a good natural source....  don't take it for more than a week or so because it can be toxic though... also vitamin C, and this one you can take as much as you want because you will pee the excess  ... oranges...and all fruits have it in abundance... The chicken soup will help you I am sure :-)  Jewish penicylum  loll  in all drink a ot of water and REST!  I hope you feel better soon.  xoxoxo for you and I did blow a kiss to the sea for you this morning.  Be well

Meine Liebe, I just read your last 3 entries and fund out about your little incident in the coach back home. It reminds me of the day when in Germany I couldn't punch my train ticket because the machine was broken and was pull out of the train (my Mann followed) and asked for identification. Of course, having been living there for almost a year at the time, I had none. They didn't like that and wanted to bring me to the police station (I was an Illegal immigrant for them). Fortunately, my Mann explained that we had a residence visa and where living about 10 min. from where they had pull me out! Germany ain't Turkey, but I was a bit shaken(chicken!LOL). Have a good rest!

Best wishes for a rapid recovery. My friend left her cold with me as a parting present!  It's settled on my chest and I've lost my voice.

Wishing you well
Hope you heal quickly no matter what remedies you choose to consume. As for me, I like the natural way, After what I have been through, I would never touch medications unless it was a life and death experience. and it never will be. :)

I had one once and I fell so ill, you wouldn't believe. Since then I leave well alone and hope for the best. Naut: do I pour the whiskey in the chicken soup?

Vogue
Gesundheit! And may you recover quickly - I know from experience how annoying this stuff is - I absolutely HATE anything like the cold or the flu! Try chicken soup, and Scotch helps as well! And I'll be getting my flu shots soon...
